How Can I Help? 

I am an experienced psychiatrist with 25 years of expertise in delivering psychological therapies for adults with post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, dissociation, and early attachment wounding.  I offer a variety of therapeutic modalities that go deeper than talk therapies. These include Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) therapy, EMDR therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. My work is grounded in over two decades of trauma-informed practice, supporting people whose needs don’t always fit neatly into standard approaches.
